I have 20 years experience as a leader, manager and executive coach working in both the private and public sector in large multinational organisations and small start up businesses. I have also held a number of non executive and board level positions. My passion is about making a difference through supporting, enabling and encouraging individuals who want to create and sustain meaningful change, in themselves and their organisations. My expertise is in coaching, training and facilitating individuals and teams helping them to develop the skills and confidence to make that positive difference and to live fulfilled and balanced lives. I have worked with individuals and teams across all leadership and management levels and have a particular interest in coaching senior female executives in career and leadership development.

Assignments I have been involved in include leadership development, developing high performance teams, personal and organizational change, conflict management, managing performance, building confidence and wellbeing and stress management. I combine my “hands on” leadership experience with a supportive and results focused approach using practical tools acquired through qualifications in training, executive and business coaching, and psychometric testing. My experience has been independently recognized by the Welsh Woman Management Achievement Award in 2003.

My own development journey and much of my coaching experience has highlighted that most of what holds us back is rooted firmly in our own minds and with the right encouragement and support people can achieve far more than they think they can in any area of their personal and professional life.

My favourite quote is: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream Discover.” – Mark Twain
